Fernando Prado, partner of the company, has participated in the Mission Empresability Salamanca, an Ibero-American meeting of leaders in sustainability held at the Pontifical University of Salamanca. During the event, work was carried out on the drafting of a joint manifesto for responsible leadership, with the aim of promoting good practices in the business and social sphere in Latin America.
In his speech, Prado addressed the connection between leadership and reputation, understood as the main intangible asset for generating value in companies, organisations and countries. He explained that, although reputation is based on emotional perceptions such as admiration, respect and trust, its management must be based on objective metrics that allow clear and useful KPIs to be defined.
In addition, he stressed that sustainability aspects are decisive in building a solid reputation. The most respected leaders are those who embody the values of their organisations. Among the key competencies, accountability is the most important in building and consolidating a leader's personal reputation.
