Reputation Lab took part in the first presentation in Panama of the study Approaching the Future 2025, a benchmark report in Ibero-America that analyzes key trends in reputation, sustainability, and corporate leadership.

The event, organized by the firm alongside Stratego, Corporate Excellence, and with the collaboration of Sumarse, Dircom Panama, and the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama (CCIAP), unveiled the strategic priorities that will shape the country’s business agenda.
It featured the participation of Ángel Alloza (PhD), CEO of Corporate Excellence; Clara Fontán (PhD), Director of Intelligence and Operations at Corporate Excellence; Monique de Saint Malo Eleta, CEO of Stratego; and Karla Mola, Executive Director of Sumarse.
The report’s findings place sustainability as the number one priority for Panamanian companies, followed by corporate reputation and responsible leadership. These insights reflect the growing maturity of the country’s business ecosystem in managing intangibles, while also highlighting the need to allocate more resources to strengthen investment in this area.

During the presentation, Fernando Prado, founding partner of Reputation Lab, emphasized: “Panamanian executives interviewed state that corporate reputation is one of their top two priorities; the challenge remains in the resources allocated to its management.”
With this first local edition of Approaching the Future, Panama positions itself at the heart of the regional debate on trust, sustainability, and competitiveness, marking a milestone in the development of organizations with strong reputations and forward-looking vision.
