During the Corporate Social Responsibility Week 2024, organised by Sumarse and held in Panama from 22 to 24 October, Fernando Prado, partner at Reputation Lab, presented the paper ‘Corporate Reputation and Sustainability: Keys to Success in an Evolving Environment’.

In his speech, Prado highlighted how companies can strengthen their value proposition by integrating sustainability and corporate reputation as strategic pillars, especially in a context of increasing global challenges and higher stakeholder expectations. Aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) was highlighted as an essential element to build an ethical and lasting strategy.
It also addressed the relevance of ESG (environmental, social and governance) criteria, which are increasingly valued by consumers, and how building strong relationships with customers and investors allows companies to improve their competitiveness and better adapt to current demands.
