REPUTATION LAB PRESENTS THE RESULTS OF REPCORE® NATIONS 2025 LATIN AMERICA IN A WEBINAR ORGANIZED BY CORPORATE EXCELLENCE

Reputation Lab took part in a webinar organized by Corporate Excellence, where the main findings of the RepCore® Nations 2025 Latin America study were presented. The session was led by Saida García Bautista (PhD), Director of Stakeholder Engagement, Education & Growth at Corporate Excellence, and featured the participation of Natalia Arenzana, founding partner of Reputation Lab.

During the event, the latest insights on the reputation of Latin American countries and its economic impact were shared, based on the RepCore® Nations 2025 analysis. The study evaluates the reputation of the 60 countries with the highest GDP and the 20 leading Latin American countries, both within the G7 context and among the six largest economies in the region.

The results show that while the average reputation of Latin American countries is considered moderate in the G7, within the region itself it drops to weak. Moreover, the ranking order varies depending on the context: in the G7, Costa Rica, Peru, and Puerto Rico lead the list, while in Latin America, Uruguay, Brazil, and Costa Rica take the top spots.

The study also confirms that ESG (environmental, social, and governance) factors are key to building reputation. However, priorities differ between the two contexts: while public opinion in the G7 places greater emphasis on ethical and environmental factors, in Latin America, expectations are more focused on governance and social aspects.

The session offered an opportunity to deepen the understanding of the role national reputation plays in economic competitiveness and the international positioning of Latin American countries, highlighting its importance as a strategic asset for sustainable development and for building admiration, respect, and trust toward the region.
