The RepCore® Model

RepCore® is built on a flexible framework that can be tailored to each organization’s context. It starts with a standardized core model—using a focused set of variables to explain reputation—while allowing for the integration of additional, organization-specific drivers. These may reflect industry dynamics, market conditions, or strategic priorities, and are defined collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

At the same time, RepCore® preserves comparability across sectors, countries, and stakeholder groups. This is achieved by maintaining the integrity of the core variable set, enabling benchmarking without the need for additional studies or structural changes.
