Este informe evalu\u00f3 m\u00faltiples dimensiones de la reputaci\u00f3n de los bancos, destacando que a\u00fan persisten importantes desaf\u00edos en \u00e1reas como el acceso al cr\u00e9dito y la educaci\u00f3n financiera.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7711 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/corporatereputationlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Oct-4-2024-2-300x240.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/corporatereputationlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Oct-4-2024-2-300x240.jpg 300w, https:\/\/corporatereputationlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Oct-4-2024-2-15x12.jpg 15w, https:\/\/corporatereputationlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Oct-4-2024-2-600x480.jpg 600w, https:\/\/corporatereputationlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Oct-4-2024-2.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El estudio resalt\u00f3 que los consumidores valoran cada vez m\u00e1s los criterios ESG (ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza), aunque las percepciones sobre el impacto ambiental de los bancos no son claras. A pesar de los esfuerzos por mejorar en estas \u00e1reas, persiste una desconexi\u00f3n entre las expectativas del p\u00fablico y la percepci\u00f3n de las acciones de la banca, lo cual ha afectado su imagen.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las principales conclusiones del informe, se se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la banca costarricense tiene margen para mejorar en la construcci\u00f3n de confianza y en la promoci\u00f3n de actitudes favorables hacia sus servicios.
