Explic\u00f3 que, aunque la reputaci\u00f3n se basa en percepciones emocionales como la admiraci\u00f3n, el respeto o la confianza, su gesti\u00f3n debe apoyarse en m\u00e9tricas objetivas que permitan definir KPIs claros y \u00fatiles.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, ha subrayado que los aspectos relacionados con la sostenibilidad son determinantes en la construcci\u00f3n de una reputaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida. Los l\u00edderes m\u00e1s respetados son aquellos que encarnan los valores de sus organizaciones.
