PRESENTATION OF REPCORE® BANKING 2026 RESULTS IN EL SALVADOR

On April 15, Reputation Lab presented the results of RepCore® Banking 2026 in El Salvador, in collaboration with AXIOMA Strategic Communication, during a webinar with professionals from the financial sector where we shared an up-to-date perspective on the banking sector’s reputation in the country.

The presentation also generated significant media interest in El Salvador, reflecting the growing importance of reputation in the financial sector.

One of the key findings of the analysis is that the Salvadoran banking sector ranks above the average for Latin America and the United States in terms of reputation, reflecting a strong relationship with consumers and a positive perception of the sector.

The results also confirm a key conclusion: reputation directly influences behaviors such as recommending a financial institution, purchasing its products and services, investing in it, or considering it as a place to work.

In a sector where structural mistrust is often discussed, the data reveals a more nuanced reality: financial institutions can build strong bonds with their stakeholders when they consistently meet their expectations.

We would like to thank Axioma Strategic Communication and, in a very special way, Xiomara Herrera for her collaboration and support in this initiative.
