INTERVIEW WITH NATALIA ARENZANA AND FERNANDO PRADO ON REPCORE® BANKING 2026 IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Color Visión – Channel 9: Hoy Mismo program.

There is a fairly widespread perception that banks carry a certain “stigma” and that, as a sector, they struggle to achieve high levels of reputation. However, the evidence does not point in that direction.

In the RepCore® Banking 2026 analysis, conducted by Reputation Lab across 19 countries, we observed that a significant number of financial institutions achieve strong reputation levels. Some of them are also located in the Dominican Republic, a market that stands out for the sector’s strong performance in this area.

Recently, our partners Natalia Arenzana Arias and Fernando Prado Abuín presented these findings in the country, sharing insights on how reputation becomes a tangible asset for value creation in the financial sector.

In this interview on the program Hoy Mismo (Color Visión, Channel 9), one of the leading shows on Dominican television, they delve into:

  • The impact of reputation on the generation of economic value
  • The variables that most influence consumer perception
  • Differences in the sector’s evaluation across countries

The interview was conducted by journalists Luisín Mejía and Yohanna Valenzuela.
